Robin is experienced in driving change through disruptive innovation and holds unique experience /expertise in successfully building and launching transformative organizations within complex matrix environments. Robin is a proven intra/entrepreneur and assessor of current and emerging health technologies and also holds a US patent.
Robin draws experience from various leadership roles that have allowed him to introduce groundbreaking initiatives, including Novartis’ first centralized clinical trial global budget organization (1bn+ managed), Novartis’ first external innovation lab, and various novel technologies leading to increased efficiencies and productivity across the organization.
